its stakeholders is essential in succeeding on a sustained

The SEBI code has been incorporated
in the listing agreement of the Stock Exchanges with
whom MBFS’s equity shares are listed. Certain provisions
in the Companies Act, 1956 also deal with Corporate
Governance.
The revised clause 49 of the Listing
Agreement popularly known as Corporate Governance Clause
came into effect from December 31, 2005. The Company
is in compliance of the provisions of the revised clause
49.
